2024 Colorado Election Schedule

In 2024, Colorado will have three elections: a presidential primary, a statewide primary and the general election in November.

Presidential Primary Election: March 5, 2024

Voter Service Center opens February 26, 2024

  

Primary Election: June 25, 2024

Voter Service Center opens June 17, 2024

Statewide Primary Election that will decide political parties' nominees for statewide and local offices.

General Election: November 5, 2024

Voter Service Center opens October 21, 2024

Presidential General Election year and all seven of Colorado's seats in the U.S. House of Representatives will be decided. 

In the Colorado legislature, voters will decide all state representative seats and some state Senate seats. Multiple state and local ballot measures are also expected.

If you are looking to find out how to register to vote and whether you still have time.  You will be pleased to know it isn't too late! In Colorado, you can register to vote anytime, including the day of the election.

Simply visit govotecolorado.gov and click on Find My Registration. Fill out the information. If you are a registered voter, you will be presented with a wealth of information:  your party affiliation, what is on the ballot, the districts you vote in, where you can vote in person, and if ballots have been created already.
